I sounded pretty …
I sounded pretty much like George Takei except I said “Oh, yummy!” Haha.
@xxflinkxx Thats …
@xxflinkxx Thats what I thought, i know what yellow is, but they are describing it as if they are adding another thing to rgb
@digglefallen93 …
@digglefallen93 thats not the entire spectrem of light, the entire spectrum of light is from purple and everything in between to red. and adding yellow to yellow does not make the color range any bigger…. its already there by using green+red.
@jbuck594 umm green …
@jbuck594 umm green+blue=/= yellow lol… green+red=yellow. There are several different colors you can use to make every other color. rgb are the primary. You could also use the secondary which yellow is part of to create the primaries. This is just a marketing scheme really.
OHHHHH MYYYYY XD
OHHHHH MYYYYY XD
@MischievousPuppy …
@MischievousPuppy I KNOW, but the RGB is what light is based on, what they basically said is that they got Green and Blue and combined it to create yellow, are you basically saying is that they somehow captured yellow into a pixel without using the basic color model?
George rocks!!!!!!! …

You know guys when I take a very close look at my TV I can see the tiny red,green,and blue bars on the screen. Adding yellow to the mix would be interesting.

@jbuck594
You’re …
@jbuck594
You’re seen the wavelength spectrum, haven’t you? There is such a thing as yellow light.
How is yellow …
How is yellow against any other color gonna do anything good? I know for some weird reason yellow against blue turns white.
This commercial …
This commercial creeps me out for some unexplainable reason.
@jbuck594 Red, …
@jbuck594 Red, Green and Blue are the PRIMARY colors of light. The entire visible spectrum of light is red, orange, yellow, green, blue and violet. Which are the colors of the rainbow because moisture in the air acts as a dispersive prism and creates a spectrum. it’s all just different wave lengths and frequencies.
So yes, it is possible to display yellow, but it will just create a larger range of color.
MUSCULATURE! …
MUSCULATURE! HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA!
@SherlockHolmez I …
@SherlockHolmez I am still confused how they can add yellow to pixel. ITS LIGHT! IT CAN ONLY HAVE THREE COLORS unless they have green and blue mix…it is still confusing me
Why do they have an …
Why do they have an asian talking about YELLOW colours.
Bit racist isn’t it?
If you could add …
If you could add any color to increase the gamut of colors being displayed, wouldn’t Cyan be the better choice?
From what I know, yellow is pretty well represented by RGB, whereas Cyan is not (look up chromaticity diagrams of what RGB can cover)
I’m just asking for an explanation of why yellow or why cyan wouldn’t be as useful, etc.
OH MY~!!
OH MY~!!
I’m annoyed that it …
I’m annoyed that it says “actor portrayal” That’s not actor portrayal thats mother George Takei! *star trek nerd rage*

@sqrl33 Visible light is different from pigmentation (pixel technology). Look up additive colors.
