If your webcam …
If your webcam connected to your computer wired connection, you are ok(computer hacker would be a different story). But, if it is wireless, it can be intercepted at anytime from another form of frequency at anytime.
Thank goodness I enjoy using wired connections, rather wireless. In addition to using wirless, having too much of that can cause biological affects on the body, like lack of energy due to cellular activity being interfered by wireless.
