Millet is a food product considered a cereal crops or grains or a seed. Millet is used in unleavened bread that does not raise. This can be purchased at any pet store that is used for pet bedding for caged animals used for lizards.
It is important that you packed the bronze wool tightly inside the pipe. The Millet is used for a flame barrier so if there is a flashback it does not touch the bronze wool that can create a slow burn on the bronze wool to the other side. We are using stainless steel screen because any moisture going through the line that is carrying any water vapors will not rust out the stainless steel screen. It is important that everything is rustproof used in the hydrogen oxygen machine delivery system. The flashback arrestor pipe assembly you see in the video is not steel and it will not rust. When we were purchasing the Millet we were told it was sand or a stone from the worker at the pet store. They were so wrong and it worked out to our benefit because the Millet is soft applicable to packed together so the the flame ignites and distinguishes immediately. In one of our test we took off the rubber hose on the exit side and we lit the end and it became a torch. It burned for two minutes and turn the stainless steel screen red-hot inside next to the Millet. After our test seeing the red hot screen that was a hydrogen oxygen torch from the flashback arrestor. We removed the end nipple fitting and replaced the screen because it was charred due to the extreme heat from the hydrogen oxygen gas burning on the end of the stainless steel screen inside next to the Millet. After examining it after our test the only Burt Millet’s were touching the screen only and we were very surprised that only a few of them were burnt. Due to the pet store employee making a mistake it worked out to our benefit. As people say in the past some successful inventions come by accident and this is one of them, Millet used as a flashback flame barrier.

A big question I’m getting is about back pressure, I have little with 500ml per, but does it still all work the same up at high flow rates like you have. And if I forgot to mention , I love all your work , every last video.

I have not tried ceramic beads. In your video you talk about using stainless steel wool. I just received a 15 foot roll of 316 stainless steel wool and I also received my 2 mm stainless steel balls. This new material will be replacing bronze wool, copper coated birdshot. For stainless steel it takes a high temperature to melt stainless steel. This is the reason why I am converting over to 316 stainless steel material. Video demonstration will be on YouTube shortly.

i have been looking in to hho production for about the past 2 weeks and your videos are very helpful thank you for sharing with everyone… my question about this video is how much pressure is allowed to pass threw the pipe after everything is packed in it.. it seemed like it was rather slow.. would that work well for hooking on to an hho generator for a car?
