How does new technology infuence our social connectedness?
February 8th, 2010In other words, with all the new and advance technology popping up regualry… how has it infuenced how and to what extent we stay connected with school, work, family, friends, etc.
this new techy – internet was predicted more than one hundred yrs ago and pple then didnt understand nor expect it to happen. internet came about in the 60s and then it snowballed. telephone, tv, lice broadcast r examples to show how we become connected. we feel the pain and suffering of those who suffer katrina’s wrath, the tsunami, earthquakes etc. we feel, we react by giving donations/help.
we make things happen – we move the world into one global family and these new tech is the tool tt we use to achieve this
